It's Too Loud
It’s Too Loud represents an erupting volcano of emotion, capturing the intensity of a child’s response to verbal reprimand. The figure crouches and covers his ears in a primal act of self-preservation, overwhelmed by the eruption of frustration and confusion. Rendered in red to convey anger and bewilderment, the piece invites reflection on the emotional impact of yelling and the child’s struggle to understand what they’ve done wrong.
