Through a seamless marriage between indoor and outdoor areas, SERENDIPITY doubles as a skincare/spa service as well as a park and landscape area for the Miami Design District. The design with its receding layering and blue stairs is meant to resemble a waterfall cascading down a mountain, recalling images of relaxation in an otherwise busy area. Through utilizing both inside and outside areas of the building, there is an innate hub of interaction and connection with nature.
